Rapik was founded in 2017 by Alex Martinez in Southwest Florida. In 2018 Luis Villanueva was Director of Construction for a formidable real estate trust in which they were buying and rehabbing 60 properties a month. In a short period, Rapik became a huge asset to this venture. In 2019 when the market dried up, Luis joined Rapik and started a partnership which took them across the states rehabilitating spectrum stores, gap, bed bath and beyond stores and other big box retailers. Luis niche and passion has been in high end retail and restaurants. He has been building for over 20 years. Having worked from coast to coast. Building restaurants such as Fred’s in Beverly Hills, Uncle Julio’s in Texas, Manny’s steakhouse in Miami. Luis has also worked and built retail stores for clients like Gucci, Chanel, David Yurman and Omega to name a few. He has worked in 25 different states throughout his career while coordinating, overseeing and managing these projects through turnover.
